We all have some type of a computer maintenance management system (CMMS) that we use for documenting our work in facility operations. Are you able to use this data to measure your overall performance?  One opportunity that we have is to properly record/identify the type of work that was completed. During my journey of implementing an Asset Management/Reliability Centered Maintenance program, this was an important finding that was missing from our program to help us measure how effective our work was. This presentation will challenge how we use our CMMS and review other important learnings from our Classical RCM implementation pilot.
