University of Utah Hospital has teamed up with kW Engineering and Rocky Mountain Power to begin a building retro-commissioning program which will initially target energy savings from AHU and pumping operations.  In conjunction with this program, they have deployed a Skyspark energy analytics pilot program to help monitor the equipment going forward.  Robert Armstrong, energy coordinator for the hospital campus, will share some of the challenges and successes of implementing these programs. A light refreshment will be included.

Directions to the Big Cottonwood Conference Room: 

• From the main hospital lobby, take the guest elevators down to the B level.
• Turn right off the elevator and proceed through the unmarked double doors into the Facilities & Engineering Department.  
• Proceed down the carpeted ramp and Big Cottonwood Conference Room will be on your right.
